The Past is a Blast ("Start Reliving Yesterday Today") has gathered together moving vintage imagry from the 1920s through the 1970s. Actual film trailers from the 1920s (when a live musician might still bang out an accompanying score to the film live, behind a curtain) to those training and how-to shorts (really best seen to advantage with MST3K commentary, but these are still good) from the '50s and '60s are here just for the buying. And pretty inexpensively, too (prices start at about $12.95 per DVD).
