Around Halloween, Burdick has a recent tradition of trotting out these whimsical chocolate ghosts. They're available as "single spirits" or a ghost in a box, or five spooks in a box. Each ghost is composed of a hand-piped hazelnut and dark chocolate ganache that is then hand-dipped and wrapped in a thin, twisting sheet of white chocolate.

single ghost favor cello -- $3.25

single ghost favor box -- $3.50

5-pack ghosts -- $18.50
