Marilyn Monroe Profiled on PBS
A documentary on Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe will premiere on PBS' series American Masters Wednesday, July 19 at 9 p.m. ET. Marilyn Monroe: Still Life is the work of director Gail Levin (James Dean: Sense Memories, also for American Masters). The documentary examines Monroe's life through the lens of the photographer, and draws upon the thousands of photographs (many by the era's most prominent photographers) to illustrate and explore.
