Johansson Joins Other Boleyn Girl Cast
Scarlett Johansson will join Natalie Portman and Eric Bana in the Tudor-era drama based on Phillipa Gregory's historical novel, The Other Boleyn Girl. Directed by Bleak House skipper, Justin Chadwick, the film centers around the romantic entanglements of Henry the Eighth (Bana) with Johansson playing the younger Boleyn sister, Mary, and Portman playing the elder Anne. Rue McClanahan is also signed up as Lady Jane Rochford, wife of George Boleyn, Viscount Rochford (brother to Anne and Mary). Shooting is scheduled to begin in the fall, in England.
