The Queen Mary Art Deco Festival, presented by the RMS Queen Mary Foundation in association with the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles kicks off Labor Day Weekend aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. The Queen Mary is one of Southern California’s most famous and esteemed Art Deco treasures, and this weekend, filled with lectures, films and social events, offers Decophiles everywhere the chance to support and celebrate this great lady. The proceeds from all activities will benefit conservation and restoration of the impressive collection of original art aboard the 1936 ocean liner.
